Young Talent Management (YTM)
This is the flagship program of Pidilite under which it runs multiple programs such as Graduate Engineer Trainees, Management Trainee, Internships, etc to attracts students from the field of business and technologies.
Interns at YTM get a chance to work in the domain of sales and marketing, supply chain management, and finance and research. YTM is aimed at providing a structured platform for interns to learn and expand their horizons to work in a career field of their choice.
Graduate Engineer Trainee Program
Pidilite’s Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program is not a month-long internship but is a combination of three to four stints over a one year period. During these stints, the trainees gain a comprehensive view of the company by working in the company’s research labs, sales profile as well as in its manufacturing unit. Students are also given a chance to work closely with top management and those who show promise grow to higher roles within their functions and organization.
Management Trainee Program
In this program, candidates are hand-picked from premier MBA institutes across the country. The program is an extended internship cum job placement program which extends up to 3 years. During the three years, a trainee goes through multiple functional and cross-functional stints. Individual students are nurtured and are given space to grow and showcase their abilities.

Pidilite visit premier engineering colleges to hire students from 3rd year and 4th year to work as Graduate Engineer Trainee and Interns. If you belong to one of the premier institutes, you can apply through campus placement. If not, you can ask your Training and Placement cell to reach out to Pidilite and invite them for hiring in your college

You can visit Pidilite’s official internship application page, and fill the form here to apply for an internship with the company. Make sure your CV is well-crafted and you write a decent cover letter that helps your resume get selected out of hundreds of resume the company receives
Through Reference
If you have any contacts working in the company, reach out to them and ask them to refer your profile. If not, use LinkedIn or your university’s alumni page to get in touch with people working in the company and ask them to refer your profile.
